Galaxis
Deeplay Soultec kick start 2009 with an Italo Disco inspired spaced out track from label boss Martin Brodin. This track came to life after a typical lazy Sunday afternoon while listening to some old vinyls from his collection. Just by accident he found all his beloved Italo ones and now his lazy brain slowly started to come back to a creative mode. Set and done, he created Galaxis as a tribute to the old classic sound. On the remix side he invited the versatile Tony Senghore (Eye Industries, Pickadoll, Music For Freaks, Positiva, Data, Shaboom) which style is so hard to narrow down. And we don’t want to try either. All we can say is that his two mixes is something out of the ordinary. Head nodding crazy sounds and lots of funkynezz would be the best way to describe it. If you know Senghore from day one, I’m sure you will dig this as well. www.martinbrodin.com www.myspace.com/martinbrodin
