2020년 최대의 기대주 조광일 정규 앨범 <암순응>

‘회상록'과 '암순응'을 더블 타이틀곡으로 내세운 이번 앨범은 총 10곡이 수록되어 있다. '회상록'은 지금까지의 자신을 되돌아보는 내용을 담았고, '암순응'은 어둠 속에서 인간의 내면을 인식하는 시간에 관한 내용이다. 그의 의식의 흐름대로 배치된 트랙들은 조광일 특유의 그루브하고 타격감 넘치는 랩부터 때로는 관조적이면서도 서사적인 랩까지 다양하게 구성되어 있다.

특히 앨범에 수록된 '곡예사' 리믹스에는 베이식, 피타입, 스컬, 식보이, 올티, 마이노스, 브라운 티거, JAZZMAL 등의 실력파 아티스트들이 대거 참여했으며, 워너원 프로듀서로 유명한 SPACE ONE과 떠오르는 신예 프로듀서 Mind182, 베이식의 '정리 해고'를 프로듀싱 한 Neulbo, ‘곡예사’를 프로듀싱 한 AHWU가 프로듀서로 참여했다.
