General Surgery - the best of 2014


Barely over a quarter of a year old, the brain child of DJs Jon the Dentist and Alan Da General Lumley, our label has gone from strength to strength as our newer releases are starting to hit dance charts, and some big name DJs are really starting to take notice.

What makes the label so unique in the market place is its range covered across the best of techno/tech house and even some trance. We have introduced the UK to some cracking acts, such as Moggi, Felo Rueda and Nico Kohler. Also introduced, have been Canadian duo, Aaron Olson and Bryn Liedl whose trance is right up there with some of the finest the Dutch have to offer. As if that wasn't enough, we can also boast on our roster stalwarts such as Voodoopriester and of course, Da General and a club old boy, nee legend, Jon the Dentist, who occasionally takes time off from the label management, and his journalist career, to scribe the odd release, most notably his recent take on Blank and Jones classic The Nightfly
