Berlin-based and Sydney-raised producer and DJ Michelle Owen has been DJing since 1998 and released her first productions in 2010 on Dirt Crew, Lost My Dog and Baker Street Recordings. An international citizen of the world, she is actively djing and spreading the sound of her productions around the planet. Joining Moodmusic was a lucky coincidence as Michelle dropped 'Perchance to Dream' at one of her gigs and Sasse got immediately hooked on this feel-good tune, which has been one of the secrets weapons for not only the label-head but also for likeminded peepz - Ewan Pearson, La Fleur, Ian Pooley and more. 2ndly we're very very proud to introduce Chez Damier as remixer for this EP, delivering 3 (!) mixes to complement the package. Chez's Secret Sunday mix takes a classic approach while the Extra Dub could be one of the his forgotten productions from early 90s. The Digital Dub takes a stripped down dub approach, fitting nicely into a darker, late night vibe. This is smooth yet raw deep house music we love to hear from one of the Chicago Pioneers.
