In Love & War is the name of the fourth studio album by American singer-songwriter Amerie scheduled for release on November 3, 2009 in the U.S. The album is Amerie's first since leaving Columbia Records and forming her own label called "Feenix Rising" which will be releasing the record under exclusive license and distributed by the Island Def Jam Music Group.
