DeXter is a Chicago-based quartet featuring disturbed Indie-Rock song-writing, an electric/acoustic blend, reverberated hooks, and distinctive vocal harmonies. Though band members currently hail from Chicago, DeXter as a unit has developed their sound through both rural and urban mid-western roots. With a strong focus on songwriting, DeXter showcases a significant catalog of quality original music. "Blue Shadows" is DeXter's 3rd studio album. While DeXter continues to showcase both their melodic and hard-driving sides; overall, "Blue Shadows" is the bands darkest and most electrically driven work to date. DeXter was recently named by Chicago's own WXRT - Radio as one of "7 Artists to look out for in 2014".
