Did you ever need to throw the dice of love one more time? "Rattlin' Bones will get the job done. Cut #7, "After 40 Years", tells the story of my returning home to a small town ... everything has changed, yet nothing has changed... very cool.
My songs on "7 Deadly Sins, Sweet Daddy, Turn Around, Look at Me and Pawnbroker" all involve women, love, lust and resolution... great lyrics if I do say so.
Doug Pitts has his heart and soul in his lead guitar playing. His licks on these songs show the depth and breadth of his style. He can play anything, and do it extremely well! Doug has an amazing skill for subtle feel and nuance not often found today... a product of decades of devotion to his craft. Sometimes I feel that my music and lyrics are merely a stage on which Doug can perform. You will love this CD.
