B.L.E.E, The Black Lion of Eternal Excellence, is a mix of laid back Caribbean swagger, the passion of the American hustle and a slight touch of the British die hard attitude.... a cultural cocktail of resilience.

Growing up in paradise island Montserrat, B.L.E.E started off his life with great values and structure. In July 1995 Montserrat had a volcanic eruption which destroyed more than half the island including his home.

“Losing everything that you’re comfortable with and attached to forces you to see it is not always productive to have a comfort zone in life. It’s important to have foundation in love of people and life itself. Music has been my therapist since that transition in my life, that’s why I’m so addicted.”

B.L.E.E has been writing and producing music for over 8 years now and in 2007 decided to set up his own independent label Cross Seas Entertainment. So far he has released one album project under the label, “The Midnite Walk”, which is a Dancehall compilation album produced by B.L.E.E himself. It features artists from The UK, US, Montserrat, Jamaica and Nigeria.

He has also launched a campaign alongside his music called WWV – Wealth- Wisdom-Virtue, which is designed to inspire people to pursue a positive path in life. WWV merchandise is available online at http://www.wwvonline.com.

He is currently labouring over his new album, “The Black Lion LP” which he hopes to have completed and ready for release early 2009. The promise of a new CD inspires keen anticipation. From what’s been heard so far, I think the music industry has something to look forward to.

B.L.E.E’s presence is deceptive; his calm demeanour does not prepare you for the level of intelligence and special power to inspire fascination. He brings an unforgettable message carried on the wave of powerful hooks that cannot be denied.
