Each of my songs tell a story through the sounds of classical and contemporary music. My backgrounds are usually filled with beautiful sounds of strings and of course piano. I love playing the piano. To me, that particular instrument reminds me of heaven when heaven speaks. At times, finding the right words become difficult to express, but when I play the piano everything seems to make sense. Soon as I create a melody on the keys I then add other beautiful classical styles. At times the lyrics come after but for the most part when I create a song lyrics are at the forefront. It depends. I think composing a classical piece is just as profound as adding lyrics to a song. But you can't really compare because they both bring such different expressions of music and feeling. That is why I add instrumentals to my albums. I think it's a wonderful mixture of beauty and it adds a little more specialness to a project.
