A very inspiring thematic EP which explores feeling good on many levels. Lovely caribbean flavor, lead vocals and harmony. Abbott is showing us a continued caribbean influence in his music. He does it well too, so we thank him.

"Dancing The Inner Realm" shows the meaning behind words like Namaste (the highest in me, greets the highest in you) without being preachy; and is a great accompaniment for those days when you need your spirit lifted.
