Nu Metal was thought to be dead. It was, until Jason Streeter, Keith Steinberg, and Jon Basnett formed Blackout in 2014. They have gone through many genre ideas and sound ideas, but eventually found one sound and are now sticking to it. No one thinks only bass and drums can make this style of music intense. Yet, they somehow have. Their new EP "The Show" is a powerhouse EP, bringing back Nu Metal and bringing a new sound to the table that was already thought to be full.
