RESTORED GOSPEL MUSIC FROM THE ORIGINAL 1978 REEL TO REEL TAPES

Back in 1978 South Carolina studio producer David Spinks put together the finishing touch on a new & soon to be popular Gospel Album by Jordan & Linda. Drummer Tony Torres provided the drums and David himself added strings to a few selections.

The album was sold in Zondervan Bookstores in Columbia, South Carolina at the new Columbia Mall in Richland Northeast, Columbia and became a local best-seller.By year\'s end, the album sold out and eventually the tapes were stored in a crate and forgotten.

As years passed, the recordings were misplaced. But in early 2007, the original tapes were re-discovered by South Florida sessions guitarist, Dan Kirby. But the EQ quality most on many songs was not good, and it seemed like a re-issue would not happen. Some of the songs have now been digitally restored and re-issued for the first time.
