Full Circle
Jim McNulty was a young twenty-something when he opened for John Prine in Chicago in the early 1970s at the Earl of Old Town in Chicago. It was pure and simple, just McNulty, his guitar and his singing partner, Carol Lacey. Though there was great promise in McNulty's songs and storytelling, he and Lacey chose another path, opting not to pursue the career of the folk troubadour.
Nearly thirty years later, McNulty makes his debut on a ten song gem that includes these classic folk tunes and some of his own inspired songwriting. He is joined by cousin Michael Hayes, engineer/drummer Bil Bowen and multi-instrumentalist Andy Santospago (members of an indie rock outfit called the Vinyl Skyway). They decided to call the album Full Circle. Buy the CD and find out why!
