People always thought of us as such a serious band but I remember loads of laughter. Perhaps it was the approach to the music that made us seem that way.

We always seemed to have more songs than would fit on an album so we used b-sides to take up the slack and to mess around with.
And of course, being the time it was, we had to do 12” mixes too. Generally this seemed to mean getting some guest producers in who just wanted me to play like a drum machine!

Anyway, this collection is taken mostly from my vinyl collection, none of that digitally remastered nonsense. Hope you enjoy it, Ralph.
