This song represents a collaboration between friends. Matt

Gregg Mansfield(Piper St. Sound) and Solution have worked

together previously in KingRat, performing Dub Reggae in

Atlanta throughout 2007 and 2008, but this is the first time

they have gotten together in the studio with music written

and designed for Solution's vocal style and lyrical delivery.
The completion of this song was stretched across a year, as

Matt was on the road with DubConscious and rarely home

in Atlanta and Solution was busy raising a family and

welcoming a new baby boy into this world! So chances to

get together at Matt's studio 899 Piper St. were rare and

difficult to find in the midst of their schedules.
The backing musicians dubbed the Piper St. Allstars, consist

of the best players from the Atlanta and Athens music

worlds:
The drums are played by Richard Jones of Collective Efforts,

Nanyana and Lloyd's Rocksteady Revue, lead guitar from

the amazing James Keane of DubConscious, bubbling and

simmering keyboard work from Jerry Hendelberg of

DubConscious and Sweet Knieval, also Scott Pridgen, the

much loved percussionist and positive energy factory from

DubConscious provides the nyahbinghi drumming. The

backing vocals and trombone are by the amazing Jonathan

Lloyd of Cadillac Jones and the founder of Atlanta's Reggae

and Rocksteady heroes, Lloyd's Rocksteady Revue- J. Lloyd

always makes recording impecable tracks seem so natural

and easy.
The song was created originally in a straight ahead roots

reggae mold but gradually elements of electronic music and

some sonic experimentation crept in with Matt's production

techniques. This song represents the first fully realized

original production by Piper St. Sound, Matt's production

moniker and imprint, which previously released several

remix/reconstruction projects as well as Atlanta dubbers

KingRat's first and as of yet only album and is currently

producing music for DubConscious 2.0 and FlightRisk,

Axum and his own solo material.
