Alex A. Serrano Olivencia, Galante artistically known as "The Emperor", was born on February 17, 1988 in Ponce, Puerto Rico. In 2002, he moved to Baltimore, Maryland in order to learn English and complete their education. His great interest in technology has led to great triumphs in the cyber world. In 2005 he was awarded first place in competitions at regional and state level Network and Information Security; Second place in Website Development & Programming at international level; in 2006 he won first place in the powers of Network Design, competing with more than 6,000 students from the United States, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Canada and Europe.
